The Organic Agriculture applies a method (REG regulated by the EEC 2092/91) which aims to enhance and protect the natural fertility of the land and protect the biodiversity of the environment in which it operates, excluding the use of chemical synthesis and genetically modified organisms.

The Organic Agriculture supports and promotes the health of the soil, plants, animals and men together as a single and indivisible.The health of individuals is not separated from the welfare of ecosystems, a healthy soil produces healthy foods that promote the health of people and animals.
The Organic Agriculture aims to produce nutritious foods and high quality excluding the use of fertilizer, pesticides, veterinary drugs and food additives that may have harmful effects on health. The systems cultivation and spontaneous harvesting fit cycles and ecological balances which exist in nature and the use of external inputs will be reduced by the reuse, recycling and management efficiency, in order to maintain and improve the quality of environment and preserve resources for future generations.
